Feedback Analytics

This section explains the reports generated when you enable Feedback for your Journeys or for Journey Steps. These reports are found under Analytics - Feedbacks tab.

At the top bar, you can find the filtering based on the Segmentation and Time period.



The Feedback Analytics tab on site contains a number of charts and reports which can help you analyze and understand the results of end user feedback.

The first chart which appears is a table with a general overview of each Journey showing the number of users, number of Runs, Finished Runs, Positive, Neutral and Negative Feedbacks received in the time period selected:

The data related to the total numbers of positive, neutral and negative feedbacks for each journey from the Journey Summary table are also shown in the graph below and can be displayed either in percentage or absolute count:

Detail view of Feedback Analytics

When you click on a Journey name in the Journey Summary table, you will be redirected to the Feedback Analytics Detail section where you can find more graphs and detail information related to the feedbacks received for that specific Journey.

In the detail view you can see the filtering bar:

The Journey Analysis graph shows the feedbacks received for that specific Journey within the selected time range. The data can be displayed either in percentage or absolute count.

If you have enabled any Step Feedback, the feedback results will be displayed in the next chart:

Finally, the last chart shows the messages left by the users who provided feedback. They can provide valuable input for you to improve your Journeys.
