When you create a Survey on a Journey Step or a Tip, you can choose among many different kinds of questions.
1. SINGLE INPUT QUESTIONS
These are questions which will require the end user to reply with a given word or sentence:
2. CHECKBOX QUESTIONS
In this kind of questions, you provide the possible answers, and the end user chooses among the alternatives by checking a box. Users are allowed to give more than one answer:
3. RADIOGROUP QUESTIONS
In this kind of questions, you provide the possible answers, and the end user chooses among the alternatives by clicking on the circle, allowing users to give just one answer:
4. DROPDOWN QUESTIONS
You provide the possible answers in a drop-down menu and the end user has to choose from the alternatives.
5. COMMENT QUESTIONS
You ask end users for an open-end input:

7. BOOLEAN QUESTIONS
A boolean question allows end users to check or uncheck a box, giving just one answer between true and false to a specific question.
