Yes, we support this feature: with our Tips is possible for a content creator to place tooltip in points which are recognized as critical: this way, end users are allowed to skip Journeys when they remember the process correctly.
If they don't remember the process, no problem. They can click on the Tip and be redirected to a specific Journey, which only has the steps they need.
Placing Tips in critical points is very easy. With our statistic report for Journeys, you can see if some processes are dropped down or failed, and you can consider adding a tooltip to the most challenging ones.
