AI Assistant in the Launcher helps end users to search for the most relevant guidance based on their specific queries.
To enable this feature and make it available in the Launcher, it is necessary to set property "ai.assistant.enabled" as true on the Site level on Portal under Settings tab, in the Advanced Settings section, and to publish a new content version.
When enabled, the feature can be used in both, Editor and browser. You can access it by clicking the AI button in the Launcher:
AI Screen opens and is ready for inserting the queries into the "Ask our Assistant" bar to chat with the AI Assistant. You can speak to the Assistant in different languages and his responses will match the same language.
Based on the query, AI Assistant will suggest the most relevant Journeys, Playbooks and Bookmarks that can be played directly from the AI Screen by clicking the play button or the selected item:
You can also extend the AI Assistant with the custom knowledge base for your target application so that Assistant is suggesting the guidance content as well as relevant articles from knowledge base that can be accessed by users directly from the AI screen:
