Public Tags help to categorize Playbooks, Journeys and Bookmarks in the Launcher, making it easier to search for guidance. This feature is available when using New Launcher 2.0 (can be set from Portal - Site level - Site Settings).

Public Tags management

Public Tags can be added/edited/removed through Site Settings accessed from Portal or Editor.
Each Tag has its own source language and can be enabled or disabled by toggle button.

Public Tags usage

Public Tags assigned to at least one Journey, Bookmark, or Playbook, can be accessed from the Launcher when using New Launcher 2.0. This feature is available both in the Editor for content authors and in the browser with the published content for end users.
