Any step of a Journey can be set as an intermediate starting point by checking the checkbox in the Step Edit dialog under URL tab.
There are tooltips in Editor informing the content creator that users will be always navigated to the specified URL when using the functionality of the step starting point:
This functionality enables:
Navigation to Step URL
When checkbox is on, end users will be always navigated to the URL specified in the Edit dialog when playing such specific step. There is no need for content creators to set step action or any other special condition to enable this.
Start Journey from the middle starting point
When a Journey has step(s) that is (are) set as intermediate starting point, the icon for starting the Journey from the middle becomes visible in the Launcher panel for that specific Journey:
Once the user clicks on the icon, he can see the dropdown list of steps that are set as starting points and by selecting a step from the dropdown, the Journey starts playing from that specific step:
