For each application which we install our technology on, we follow this process:
- If Newired is going to be installed on a system/application which we have never met before, we involve our QA department to run an assessment. The outcome of this assessment is a report which will contain a list of limitations or defects, if any is found.
- We need a couple of days with our Customer Success Managers to install the product, train the customer’s Newired manager on how to create and deploy overlays on target applications and to test the full process (normally by going live with one Journey). The specific agenda is defined with our Customer Success Manager, but should include around 15 hours of workshop, to be spread out in 3 or 4 sessions, according to the customer's needs.
