This section explains the reports generated when you enable Feedback for your Journeys or for Journey Steps. These reports are found under Report, Feedback Report:
The Feedback Report tab on site contains a number of charts and reports which can help you analyze and understand the results of end user feedback.
On the right hand side of the General Overview bar, you can define the time period you would like to look into.
The first chart which appears is a table with a general overview of each Journey showing the completed number of Runs, Finished Runs, Positive, Neutral and Negative Feedback received in the time period selected:
The feedback received is also displayed on a graphic:
The next chart shows the feedback received on a daily basis for the time period previously selected:
If you have enabled any Step Feedback, the feedback results will be displayed on the next chart. In this example, there is no data to display:
Finally, the last chart shows the messages left by the users who provided feedback. They can provide valuable input for you to improve your Journeys.
